Store (custom) profiles in which movies are saved

I always have to change settings when movies are saved. And every time I have to set these with each new movie project.
Why not have the user define and store a set of custom save profiles. Whether it's dimensions, codec, bitrate, etc. And then have these profiles stored with a custom name.

Every other movie editor does that anyways.
