image in layer over a clip (such logotipe or more)

I want to put a Logo over the clip in transparent, I try put a PNG file in IMAGE TO IMAGE effect but crashed the image or the screen turn black. It´s necessary for show a logo or create titles with imaging characters or iso logo. Some idea to get the same effect? Regards
