Scale from full screen to split screen.

My current project would benefit from the ability to scale from a full window to any of the options of split screen. Scaling up from a split screen or down from full screen to half, third, or quarter screen, while maintaining the aspect of any image currently using the split screen in background would be outstanding. At present I have to mat the shot together and then I get the non-primary screens zooming in and out as well.
